Gordon the Goat (Lucky Book Club Edition) Review
I read Gordon the Goat as a child in school, and was captured by it. The pictures were simple and the text very easy to understand as a child. But the theme is what stuck with me. Gordon just did what every other goat did, but never knew why. After he had his eye opening experience, he learned to think for himself, take the conseqences into consideration first before acting, and decided not to just "go with the flow". At my young age, I remember learning from Gordon, and deciding to always do my best to think for myself and make decisions based on better things rather than "that's the way everyone else does it." I loved the book and wished I still had my copy. Even though it's out of print, I'd still like to obtain a copy.
